Patriot Flagpole Lighting LLC was founded by Dick Webber—a problem solver, a proud World War II Navy veteran, and a passionate supporter of the American flag. As a commercial real estate owner and avid woodworker, Dick always looked for ways to make things better.

When he couldn’t find a high-quality light to keep his own flags illuminated at night, he decided to build a better solution himself.

From Invention to Production

Dick was no stranger to innovation. He had previously partnered with his engineer friend, John, to design, patent, and sell the Flute Master—a custom 3D-printed tool for wood lathes. When it came to engineering the perfect flagpole light, they teamed up once again:

• The Challenge: Finding a way to securely attach a heavy-duty commercial fixture and photocell to a standard flagpole.
• The Solution: John engineered a durable, custom 3D-printed bracket specifically designed for flawless flagpole mounting.
• The Result: A complete, easy-to-install kit that brings commercial-grade reliability directly to your home or office.

Passing the Torch

Today, Patriot Flagpole Light Kits are trusted by flag supporters coast to coast across the United States. Following Dick’s passing in 2024 at the age of 97, the company transitioned to his grandson, Eric Weinmeister.
